Ordering Shipping and Return policy

Placing an order

To place your order please first choose the currency in the drop down menu. By choosing EUR, payments will be processed by 2checkout online payment processing, which enables payment with various cards payments and PayPal. If you choose RSD for currency, payment will be made upon delivery to Post Express courier service.

After selecting currency, your next step is to find the product you want to order and click on it to enter product view. Select size, and quantity you would like to order and click Add to Cart button. Please refer to size guide for help in selecting the correct size. Note that all products are prewashed. If you have any doubts between two sizes, we suggest you choose the larger one. You can repeat the same process if you wish to order different products. All the products you order will be added to your cart, which you can review by clicking Shopping cart icon on the upper left corner of the Web site. You can always add or remove products from your Shopping cart by simple click. When you are satisfied with your choice, click on Place Order to finish your shopping. After filling in necessary data, shipping, billing address, payment option, you will receive Order confirmation by e-mail.

Domestic shipping (Serbia)

We will do our best to process and ship all orders within 2 working days from the date when the order was placed. If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent by Tuesday. We don’t ship on national holidays or any other day that the Post Office regards as a “non working” day. 

Shipping is done via Serbian Post – Post Express service, through it’s “next day” standard delivery option. Shipping rates can vary based on the location it’s shipped to, as well as the number and type of items you order (weight/size). Shipping for Serbia is free for orders containing 2 or more items, or for orders exceeding 4.000 rsd in value.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

International shipping

We will do our best to process and ship all orders within 2 working days from the date when the order was placed. Shipping is done via Serbian Post, through it’s standard delivery option. Shipping rates can vary based on the location it’s shipped to, as well as the number and type of items you order (weight/size). Exact amount will be shown as separate item on your invoice, and during the checkout. Shipping is free for all international orders exceeding 60 eur in total value.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

If you are in Europe, your order should arrive within 7-10 working days. For all other countries outside of the European continent, expect shipment in approximately 15 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear the customs. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).

Return Policy

We want to do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer; we want you to love what you’ve ordered. But, if something is not right, please send us an email on support@milkncookiez.com within 2 days from the delivery date. All returns will be happily accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit right, or in cases the item has any manufacturing faults and damages, within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service. We suggest opening and inspecting of the goods in front of the courier before signing the receipt of the order. Milk and Cookiez will not be held responsible for such misconduct of it’s goods.

Please ensure you have complied with the following Return Policy:

  • original invoice must accompany all returns
  • you need to send us an email to support@milkncookiez.com within 3 days from the date you received the order
  • the returning item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, labels/tags attached, not modified or damaged and repacked in original packaging
  • the product(s) must be shipped back to:

Exchanges are processed when item(s) you are returning are received. Until it’s received by Milk and Cookiez, the condition of the item you are returning is your responsibility. Milk and Cookiez will not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transport, or any other damage applied to the goods before their arrival. We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched or stained. All products must be returned in their departure condition (from us) with the original invoice and the package case intact. 

If everything is acceptable and approved, we will exchange your item(s) for the one that has the same price range. No refunds can be accepted at this time for international orders. We cannot refund the shipping costs. Shipping costs will have to be covered in total by you, the customer, however, if it’s determined that the fault is ours (damaged or wrong item), the shipping costs will be covered by us. In order for us to accept them, a return email notification must be sent to us within 2 days upon the delivery date.

If in the meantime we run out of stock of the item that has been returned, we will offer you any of the products from our online store within the same price range of the item that’s the subject of the return.

Canceling your order

If, for some reason, you decide to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@milkncookiez.com. If your order has not been processed yet, we’ll let you know if your cancellation was successful. Please note that usually orders are processed within 2 business days.
